Room Layout The conference room can be set up in any style to suit your requirements. The most common set up style is the “auditorium” style which is simply a row of chairs facing the stage and screen area. Great for seminars, guest speakers and workshops. For meetings we suggest the “Board Room” style set up with a row of tables and chairs, set up so that everyone can see each other. This style set up is also appropriate for training seminars where participants are required to write notes and/or have a place to rest books etc. For dinner parties, the elegant round tables with approx 6 people per table is the best way to go. If you are planning a cocktail, then it will be standing only with decorated trestle tables along the side of the room for finger food and drinks. Room capacity: Auditorium and Board Room set up: Max 40 people comfortably
Audio/Visual Equipment The conference room is set up with state of the art audio/visual equipment to ensure that your guest speaker or business presentations are delivered in the most professional manner for the full enjoyment of your participants. All types of presentations are possible : Powerpoint presentation, DVDs, Whiteboard, Slides etc. For guest speakers, a lectern is available.
Theming (Event Design and Packages) If you have a special event, eg wedding, engagement, product launch etc, why not let us organise theming, complete with all the trimmings to make your function truly memorable. We can arrange for the room to be set up in your corporate or club colours, again complete with all trimmings if required. Talk to us about your requirements to make your function that little extra special and put together a special package for your event. Dog parties are our specialty!
Bookings All bookings require a 20% deposit (payable at time of booking the conference facility) with the balance payable one week prior to your function.
